Live Longer

     Live Longer

Without doubt, the best way to pick yourself up, both physically and spiritually, is to go out and pick up someone else. It does wonders. Now they have proven there is another great benefit to spending time every day going out and meeting other Jews and influencing them to do a mitzvah. You live longer!

"People who are more socially connected to family, friends, and community are happier, healthier, and live longer than people who are less well connected."

Researchers at The University of Texas at Austin have found that older adults who spend more time interacting with a wide range of people were more likely to be physically active and had greater emotional well-being.

The CNN article also mentioned a recent review of 148 studies that found that people who are isolated face a 50% greater risk of premature death than those who have stronger social connections.

You want to make Hashem very happy with you; and you want to live a longer, healthier, happier, life? Every day, go out and help Jews to do a mitzvah. It's a proven fact!
