A reader and occasional contributor has sent this request, maybe you can help?
(Reader/Contributor asks…) I’m going to be at a conference in Tel Aviv (Israel) next week, at the Dan Panorama (hotel). Can someone suggest to me the best place nearby to daven? (Nearby synagogue options with daily services.)
Restaurant advice is welcome too; during the nine days in a shmitta year is not the most convenient time to try to do lunch with colleagues, especially for someone who relies on mehadrin. So restaurant selections need to be mehadrin (glatt) kosher. (Custom is during the 9 days to not eat meat meals – therefore restaurant options need to be dairy, fish, vegetarian / parve and the like.)
