Comments now Registration Free

Avoiding comment spam is a battle between how inconvenient to make commenting versus making it so inconvenient that nobody bothers to comment.

We’ve turned off requirements to be a registered person to comment though we’ve put back the Captcha.  Hopefully that will make it easier to comment but sufficiently deter the spammers.

    I'm not usually so lazy I don't bother logging in to my Google account; most times this conflicts with what I'm doing - mainly working, using my other Google account.
