According to a recent study in California, laughing can improve short-term memories in seniors.[i]
They concluded that watching a funny video improved the seniors’ memory, reduced their stress levels, their brains felt more pleasure and rewards, helped their immune systems, and altered brain wave activity which affects memory and recall.
The study concluded that we should laugh more every day because, “It will improve your quality of life.” Now, that is really funny.
