Praise (Not) from The Guardian

The UK’s “The Guardian” newspaper is not known for their favorable coverage of orthodox Jews or Israel.  Quite the opposite actually.

So when a picture of chassidic Jews makes it into The Guardian as Picture of the Day (or one of ten pictures of the day), one can easily assume they’re not out to show the beauty of a situation.

Making shapes: Ultra Orthodox Jews practice yoga - picture of the day

A photographic highlight selected by the picture desk. Abraham Kohlberg, an Ultra Orthodox Jewish yoga teacher, leads an all male class in the city of Beit Shemesh, Israel

Hmm, orthodox nigh chassidic Jews doing something Hindu, now that’s a picture to share!

As our long time readers are aware, yoga and Jews = not kosher.  (Link to our more than 30 articles on the topic.)

Why is it ok to see a man's naked legs? and not a woman's pretty legs? Ok, so this is a provocative question.

But, really, who wants to see a boy's naked legs? The beard and black pants is kosher? Is there kool-aid in the Beit Shemesh water?
