If you buy glatt kosher meat in Los Angeles, in particular (but not necessarily limited to) Aaron’s Best, the local distributor has been found to be repacking non-kosher meat with falsified Aaron’s Best labels and boxes. This has apparently been going on for some time.
(This is not due to a problem with the brand or company Aaron’s aka Agriprocessors, but fraud by the local California distributor.)
You are advised to consult your local competent orthodox rabbi to determine appropriate actions. Discarding meat products and/or even re-koshering your cooking utensils may be required (or may not), particularly considering the time frame involved.
