The Zohar and 6 Million

by Dov bar Leib with some minor edits and adjustments by Reb Akiva

The Zohar, VaYeira 119, is coming alive again.  Simonim (signs) of the Geulah, the complete and final redemption, are beginning to align per the Zohar.  In the merit of the Vav in HaShem's Name this final Geulah unfolds.

thNovember 29th has tremendous historic value for any Israeli Zionist.  It was the date in 1947 of the United Nations partition plan which divided Eretz Yisrael into Israel and a new mythical Arab nation of Palestine.

There were just over 600,000 Jews in the Land of Israel the time, and like clockwork the first great miracle of Jewish physical rebirth in the Land of Israel began.  By the Day of the Dry Bones (Atzamot), Israel Independence (Atzma'ut) day [a play on words, both being spelled the same in Hebrew – with the Day of the Dry Bones being a major prophetic event in the biblical prophecies], exactly 30 days prior to Shavuot in 1948, the physical process of our national redemption had begun.   For the last 64 plus years, the physical process of our redemption has unfolded.

The overwhelming spiritual power in Israel has been the Erev Rav, including the three dark nonredeemable klipot and the bright klipah of Noga, which shows up before sunrise in the redemptive process.  Many of the Israeli government institutions are filled with klipah Noga (the Knesset and the Army and even the Egged Bus Company).  These institutions have done their physical best, sometimes valiantly and sometimes not so valiantly, to address issues like in-gathering the exiles, fighting the 6 Day War, and establishing peace treaties - some of which lasted for 30 years (Egypt), and some of which lasted about a week (Oslo).

th (1)The spiritual source of this power explains the portions of the charedi (ultra-orthodox) leadership that opposed the creation of the State of Israel via secular and physical means, and the ongoing conflicts and pressures between the Israeli government and it’s charedi citizens.  Yet all of Hashem’s plans are for the best, and we may learn in the end that the only way for the redemptive process to initiate was exactly via this less pure path – that being one that the negative forces would pay less attention to.

Until the past month there were no active signs of changes in the spiritual power balances in the Israeli State power structures.  While demographic trends have been putting growing pressure on the power structures, that’s a generational change and was not causing any type of societal awakening.  Suddenly with the fall of the dynasty of Shaul (comparing the actions of the current governing administration of Israel to biblical prophecy Shmuel Alef chapter 13 – Samual I-13) we have a politically expressed spiritual awakening happening in the State of Israel.

The spiritual redemption is a work in progress.  Even for Mashiach ben Ephraim we are only 40% there with the recent Likud Primaries.  But after the Aliyah mostly from France this summer along with natural increase, we are now above 6 million Jews in the Land of Israel.  So the spiritual redemption will now continue in the merit of another 6 million who died starting 72 years ago.  After the fashlah of the Disengagement, it is our only collective merit.

Since the events of the Shoah (Holocaust) are tied to the hip displacement of Ya'akov at Alot HaShachar (the biblical patriarch Jacob at break of dawn), 72 minutes before sunrise, it is key that we have reached sunrise in the redemptive process.  The spiritual light of Geulah is subsuming any of the light given off by Noga, the only possibly positive klipah of the Erev Rav.

And the sixes in this process overwhelm us all.  600,000 Jews at the birth of the state, 600,000 men from 20 and upwards in 1967 at the time of the 6 Day War, and now 6 million Jewish souls in Eretz Yisrael.

(…to be continued)

The secular were definitely tools used to create the state because the religious (of all flavours) were not ready yet to take the step. We are now converging. The seculars have been trying to fool themselves for so long, but the lie has been stretched out so long they are finally waking up, albeit it is a slow process and we are seeing the nation move 'mre to the right'.

BTW, why was the Rebbe disappointed with the creation of the State? Why did he say that it postponed the geulah?

Josh, I can't speak for the Lubavitcher Rebbe on this, but obviously when Ben Gurion and the rest did not put G-d directly into the Israeli Declaration for Independence, the first 600,000 could only initiate a physical geulah from the physical exile from the Land. So the Atzamot were ingathered from the four corners of the earth....if they wanted to come. The spiritual oppression of the Erev Rav remained. The prophesy on the Arba Ruchot was saved for sometime in the near future. It very well may be that that portion of Yechezkel's prophesy began fulfillment this past Tisha B'Av 5772, and we are actually beginning to reap the benefit of that now with 6 million Jews here. Personally and based on sources, I think that we are in year 5 of an 8 year process, and that the spiritual awakening only began this past Tisha B'Av and will conclude in 5776. This past year 5772, Tisha B'Av fell on Shabbat, and whenever that happens, there is a predisposition to spiritual Geulah when that occurs. This was the first Tisha B'Av in 14 years which did so. Starting in 5775, Tisha B'Av will fall on Shabbat in 5775, 5776, 5778, and 5779. Four out of five years of it!! And with 5775 being year seven, a Shmittah year, and 5776 being what some are calling the Yovel of Yovelot, it is fitting.

A wort from the Sfas Emes: The Rabbinic festivals are lunar reflections of the D'Oraitah shalosh Regalim. So Purim comes exactly 30 days prior to Pesach and is the lunar reflection of Pesach. Chanukah comes exactly 60 days after Isru Chag of Shmini Atzereth and is therefore the lunar reflection of Chag Sukkot/ Shmini Atzereth. Shavuoth can go both ways. Hey B'Iyar is exactly 30 days prior to Shavuoth, and Tisha B'Av is exactly 60 days after Isru Chag of Shavuot. The Atzamoth are tied to Hey B'Iyar, and the final spiritual redemption (Arba Ruchot) is tied to Tisha B'Av.

I should point out that a physical redemption such as Purim can take place over one or two days. Physical Redemptions take place in an instant. So both Purim and Atzamot (or Atzma'ut) only need one day. Spiritual redemptions take time and require awakenings and of course teshuvah. The number for physical redemptions is normally 6. We see that in both the name Shushan and the six half-dimensions of the goof or the physical world not including time, which is precisely why these redemptions only require an instant (Ait in ancient Hebrew or rega in modern Hebrew). The number of the spirit is always 8. So Chanukah lasts for 8 days, and the spiritual redemptive process lasts for 8 years. and B'itah b'itah meaning that it will not be delayed any longer, we are in year number five. If Edom crashes this year, we may have to contend with about three years of what Rav Haim Vital called Galut Yishmael. Persia will wax for three consecutive years and then be destroyed...Or G-d could just complete everything in 5773. a big unknown at this time. Yet, if we need a full 8 years, so be it, and we will thus have three years of Mashiach ben Ephraim.
