IsraelDailyPicture is sharing archival photos from the 1900’s of Jerusalem. Here they shared a Bucharan sukkah from Jerusalem, circa 1900…

And here’s Gutman Locks’s Jerusalem sukkah, circa this week…
Chag Samayach – happy holiday. And Moadim L’Simcha, rejoice in the days!

In that first picture of a memorable Succa, is the Sukka more than 10 amos?
The maximum height is 20 Amot. An Amah is the length from the elbow to the tip of the middle finger. An average adult male Amah is 15 1/2 inches for a maximum height of 25 feet. Others say that 30 feet is the maximum.
I'd estimate the sukkah in the picture to be 10-12 feet tall, assuming the man standing in front is 5'6" - 6' feet tall.
