Be Quiet–A Jewish Meditation Technique
by Reb Gutman Locks @ Mystical Paths
The thoughts are not the thinker. You are the thinker, and your thoughts are what you are thinking about. If you think about aggressive things, you will feel aggressive. If you think about calm things, you will feel calm.
Here is the link to a meditation experience that will bring you a quiet mind. When the mind is quiet, the thinker becomes quiet. When you experience quiet you can see beyond the normal daily static.
