Shopping is busy in Jerusalem's Geulah neighborhood, with a huge sign pointing to a place offering to kasher your utensils (kosher your pots and pans) for Passover. They have pots the size of barrels and blow torches the size of flamethrowers to get the job done fast...


Round hand-made matzah is preferred by most in the ultra-orthodox Jewish community. Here a store in Jerusalem's Geulah notes that such matzah are being sold, and are supervised by the ultra-orthodox religious court of Jerusalem.


In a Tel Aviv commuter train station, the concessions are ready for the holiday, only Kosher for Passover products are now in stock.
