(Continuing instructions from Yishaiyahu HaNavi, Isaiah the (biblical) prophet for these troubled times... Part 1 here)

2) "L'Sochek and hitpalell" We are instructed to "Shout and Pray" ... Am Israel must pray and cry out now in a loud voice, as one and in public!!! Not by demonstrations, political processes, civil disobedience or militarily (on a personal basis). But ONLY BY PRAYER AND ENCOURAGEMENT as to set a righteous example to the whole world. (Isaiah 33:2) "Hashem, grant us favor; we have hoped for you! Be our strong arm every morning, also our salvation in the time of distress." We must cry out as we did in Mitzrayim (the Egyptian exile)!

3) "V'holech B'Emunah shalaymah" And to go in the way of complete faith on your way in your daily life. Emunah (faith) is away of life. Not a belief system! "The faith of your times will be the strength of your salvations" (Isaiah 33:4) It is saying very clearly 'that our salvation' is according to our faith! Wisdom, knowledge and fear of Hashem 'that is a man's treasure.'

Only fear Hashem "Do not fear what they fear and do not be overwhelmed by it. For they nothing. Hashem, Master of Legions, Him shall you sanctify; He is your reverence and He is your strength. He shall be a sanctuary" (Isaiah 8:12)

To all those and for all those who believe and trust in Him, He is a stronghold! But to those 'Hashem forbid' would rather trust in the leaders of the world and their good intentions, to those who do not trust and believe in Him and His Word, He becomes a stumbling rock and a trap and many will fall and trip over!

"Fasten this warning and seal this teaching onto the hearts of My student'. I shall await Hashem, Who for a time has concealed His face from the house of Yaakov (Jaco), and I will hope to Him" (Isaiah 8:14-17) The Ramchal explains (Daas Tevunos 2:2) that Hashem purposely runs the world in a way that allows for free choice both in man's actions and in his perception of life's daily reality. There is a deeper plan, an emes (truth) and it is revealed to Am Israel via the Torah - which is why it is called Toras Emes (the Torah of Truth). Only those attuned to the inner truth can direct the world's outcome through their actions. Others have no connection to this reality, have no clue to what is happening and thus cannot affect it.

We have been taught to look at events superficially, in a corrupt manner. The news, the media, ABC CBS NBC CNN FOX BBC ... In truth, not only does their view not add any insight, but it actually clouds the true spiritual cause and effect process. The first and most important step one must take to 'tune in' to the Torah's revelations is to abandon their vision of the world events! "For if you listen to them you can't possibly hear Hashem" !!!
