Tonight at Kever Rochel!
With thanks to Hashem, I was able to visit Kever Rochel with my family, the tomb of Rachel our mother, immediately after Shabbat on her yaretzheit which is tonight.
Take 6 minutes and join me on this holy journey.
Here's our live video from tonight, the yaretzheit of Rochel Imaynu. The holy site is absolutely jam packed with yidden coming to cry to Momma Rochel to awaken her voice before HaKodesh Baruch Hu for her children. May her cries be heard, bringing blessings to all who cry to Hashem and bringing the ultimate blessing with the coming of Moshiach tzidkaynu, mamash NOW!
HaShem said in Ramah there is a sound of crying, weeping and bitter sorrow; Rachel weeping for her children; she will not be comforted for their loss.
The video is rushed to share with you immediately on this special day. Please forgive any poor editing or weak video selections. Hashem blessed us to make it onto the 2nd bus going in. As we departed and took a moment at the melavah malka tent that was set up in the honor of Shabbat, we saw literally tens of buses streaming in and miles of cars backed up already. Clearly thousands of people were already there, merely 3 hours after Shabbat.
Israeli security forces (border police, army, and regular police were on site) are to be credited with maintaining reasonable order and access to a holy site that has become accessible only through a narrow chokepoint.
