Kever of the Holy Sheloh, zt"l in Teveria
The Sheloh HaKodesh, the holy Rabbi Yeshaya Halevi Horowitz, zt"l (1500's), composed a special tefilah (prayer) for parents to say for their children. He wrote that the optimal time for this tefilah is today, Erev Rosh Chodesh Sivan. The prayer is considered so special that in Israel it's distributed to all young children to bring home today.
