The former Rishon L'Tzion (Sephardic Chief Rabbi of Israel), HaRav HaGaon Mordechai Eliyahu, shlita, by the kever of the Lubavitcher Rebbe on Gimmel Tammuz.
With HaRav Eliyahu, shlita, is HaRav HaChossid Moshe Herson, shlita, rosh yeshiva of the Rabbinical College of America.
