It teachs that you need to know that you're not alone and there is always someone there for you, someone named Hashem (G-d).
This CD focuses on emuna, faith. Because if you have faith, all of a persons troubles don’t seem like problems when you know that what G-d is doing is for good, and good for you. It further shows the Breslov chassidic idea that you can (and should) talk to Hashem, asking G-d for anything and speaking to him any time, no appointment needed!
