This blog & web site does not collect private information. None of your information is captured or tracked, by us, by coming here.
This blog & web site does use some third party services that may collect or capture private information. Such services include (but are not limited to) the ability to subscribe to this blog by email, by RSS / blog syndication, the placement of advertisements on this blog, the embedding of graphics within this blog, and the posting of comments on this blog.
All these services are provided by external companies and are governed by their privacy policies and terms of service. The companies may include (but are not limited to) Flickr, Feedblitz, Blogads, and Feedburner.
Any requests for Private Information by requesting authorities will be promptly honored by informing them we don't capture any private information and to direct them to the utility service providers.

E. For articles that allow the posting of comments: By posting comments to an article on Mystical Paths, you automatically grant the blog / web site an unlimited use license to the content of your comment. This explicitly includes the rights to do the following (but is not limited to this list):

-- c. Requesting removal or editing of a comment containing potentially libelous or potentially illegal content of some sort: Identify the article & comment. We will provide a reasonable effort to respond to such requests within 30 days.
Mystical Paths does not offer any subscription services operated by us. Rather, we offer subscription services operated by third party providers.
-- RSS subscribers. These are controlled by the subscriber or subscribing service. Check with your RSS program or provider (such as Google Reader) to determine how to unsubscribe.
-- Email subscribers. We provide email subscriptions via Feedburner.com and Feedblitz.com. Each email includes an unsubscribe link at the end of the email. Any problems unsubscribing should be addressed to those sites.
-- Kindle, Twitter, iTunes. We provide "feeds" to those services that allow our article updates to be shared via those services. But we have no idea how to unsubscribe from a Kindle or inside iTunes. Please check the Help in those programs.
